As well as teaching the Alexander Technique, I am also trained in counselling, psychotherapy, hypnosis, EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique and also NLP™ – Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ to Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Licensed Trainer level by its originator and co-creator Dr Richard Bandler, who I assisted for several years on his courses.

I have come out of retirement to teach my Loosen Up method to fellow Alexander Teachers, so I am now available again for counselling, coaching, psychotherapy and NLP™ – Neuro-Linguistic Programming™.

Having spent thousands of pounds, on over thirty major trainings and having practised for over thirty five years, I am able to resolve a very wide variety of problems and improve many abilities very rapidly, effectively and above all, comfortably.

However as Loosen Up is my main priority, this is a premium service. If you are convinced that NLP based therapy or coaching are your best options for achieving what you want, or if you have seen me before, or have been recommended by a friend, then please contact me. I do offer discounts or easy ways to pay depending on people’s circumstances and will not turn anyone away on that basis. Then again, I normally charge a premium rate compared to other practitioners, who may appear cheap by comparison. I believe, even at my standard rate, I am excellent value, especially as for many situations, my work is very rapid.

There are other practitioners around. I would recommen those trained in BWRT – Brainwork Recursive Therapy, EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique and TFT – Thoughtfield Therapy, both known as tapping, or non-invasive meridian therapies, and also the Havening Technique. Havening is similar to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming) which is used widely in the NHS, though Havening is designed to avoid the distress sometimes brought on by EMDR. However, above all, I recommend NLP master practitioners with an SNLP certificate, trained by Dr. Richard Bandler, its originator. He is still at the forefront of development and training in this field.

I can also travel, depending on circumstance: This is free within ten miles of Plymouth or at just fifty pence per mile each way within 50 miles, and not charging for travel time.
